PURe®, a revolutionary range of thermally efficient aluminium windows
Performance
- High performance, enhanced thermal barrier manufactured from expanded polyurethane (PUR) allowing ultra-low U-values to be achieved as low as 0.71W/m2K when calculated as a commercial CEN Standard window.
- Tested to: BS6375 Part 1 Weather; BS6375 Part 2 Operation & Strength.
- Able to receive double or triple glazing up to 50mm.
Materials and Finishes
- All materials are responsibly sourced from reputable suppliers.
- Wherever possible we source locally.
- Extruded aluminium is generally Aluminium Alloy 6060.T6/T66. 6063.T6/T66. 6082.T6 to BS EN 755-9 and EN 12020-2.
- Polyamide thermal barriers are manufactured in accordance with PA66 GF25.
- The Gasketry is generally manufactured in accordance with BS ISO 02-1.
- The fixings are generally A2 stainless steel screws

Easy to Fabricate and Install
- Constructed using mitred corners, joined with crimped or mechanical cleats.
- Alignment chevrons assist in clean, accurate mitres.
- Integral transoms and mullions are scribed around the outer frames and fixed with either screw ports or shear blocks.
- A proprietary sealant is used on all metal joints in line with good practice.
- Punch tool available for help in fabrication.

PURe® Open Out Casement
For a traditional look, the classic casement window is an ideal choice. PURe® casement windows can either be top hung or side hung. Open out casement windows are particularly useful over sinks and worktops where it’s important to keep the space clear.

PURe® Multi-Frame Casement
PURe® Multi-Frame combines PURe® Open Out Casement and PURe® Open In Tilt and Turn into one unique system. With this innovative system you can combine classic casement open out windows that are particularly useful where its important to keep the space clear with contemporary tilt and turn windows which operate in two ways, tilted open inwards from the top of the sash for ventilation of turned inwards from the side.

PURe® Tilt/Turn Open In Window System Technical Datasheet

PURe® Tilt/Turn Open In
The PURe® Tilt /Turn windows gives a contemporary look and operates in 2 ways. Its can be tilted open inwards from the top of the sash for ventilation, or the turn function can be used to open the window inwards from the side. The same handle is used to tilt, turn open and lock the window. The inward opening design gives safe access to the window for cleaning, whilst the tilt feature allows ventilation with restricted access. This makes Tilt/Turn windows particularly useful for high-rise apartments.

PURe® Overswing
The PURe® Overswing window gives a modern aesthetic and is designed with functionality in mind. This top hung window can initially open for ventilation and when needed, can be fully reversed to allow the outside of the window to be easily cleaned from the inside.

The PURe® Parallel Push window has a contemporary design with safety built in. Hinges on all sides of the window, allow it to be pushed open yet remain parallel to the wall. This gives maximum ventilation whilst keeping occupants safe. It is an ideal choice for schools, hospitals and high-rise developments where a restricted opening is required.
