Materials and Finishes

- Extruded aluminium is generally Aluminium Alloy 6060.T6/T66. 6063.T6/T66. 6082.T6 to BS EN 755-9 and EN 12020-2.
- The Gasketry is generally manufactured in accordance with BS ISO 3302-1.
- The fixings are generally A2 stainless steel screws.
- Available in an almost unlimited range of colours and a variety of finishes.
Easy to Fabricate and Install
- Utilises square cut cleats throughout.
- A proprietary sealant is used on all metal joints.

SF52 Fully Capped Curtain Wall System
SF52 Fully capped is a traditional zone drained, aluminium curtain walling system with uniform slim 52mm sightlines. The system can be either zone drained via traditional transom pressure plate drainage or drained via the mullions.

SF52 Silicone Glazed Curtain Wall System
The SF52 silicone glazed aluminium curtain walling system has been designed with uniform slim 52mm sightlines, featuring a specially designed toggle system to allow externally frameless facades. Ventilation can be added with our fully compatible SFF frameless vents.

SF52 Mullion Drained Curtain Wall System
SF52 mullion drained is a traditional fully capped mullion drained aluminium, curtain walling system with uniform slim 52mm sightlines. Unlike the zone drained system, it has different mullion and transom profiles and is constructed using lap joints performed using a special Senior punch tool or standard machinery available on the market for easy and faster installation.

SF52 Sloped Glazed Curtain Wall System
SF52 Sloped Glazed curtain walling is a traditional fully capped sloped glazed aluminium system with uniform slim 52mm sightlines. Perfect for creating a sloped screen, this sloped system can be used to create varied pitches from 15 degrees from horizontal to 15 degrees from vertical. An ideal solution for roof glazing in atriums.
