Introducing
SCW

SCW Roof Glazing is a development of our cost-effective semi-unitised, zone-drained and pressure equalised aluminium SCW Curtain Wall system. It offers a slim 50mm sightline, with a choice of mullion and transom depths. The system is capable of being fabricated into ladders for quick assembly on site. It offers high performance and is ideal for use in atrium roof areas where large pane sizes are required. It is also fully compatible with the SCW Curtain Wall system allowing a seamless finish between roof and vertical applications.

Designed for simple conservatory roof applications.
Able to receive glazing from 6mm up to 28mm.
Tested to BS6375-1, BS6375-2.
Offers high performance.

Materials and Finishes

All materials are responsibly sourced from reputable suppliers.
Wherever possible we source locally.
Extruded aluminium is generally Aluminium Alloy 6060.T6/T66. 6063.T6/T66. 6082.T6 to BS EN 755-9 and EN 12020-2.
The Gasketry is generally manufactured in accordance with BS ISO 3302-1.
Available in an almost unlimited range of colours and a variety of finishes.

Easy to Fabricate and Install

Assembly involves the initial installation of the main roofing bars onto a structural supporting frame, followed by the added use of horizontal purlin bars or joint came sections.
A proprietary sealant is used on all metal joints.
