Designed to perform up to a maximum leaf size of 1400mm x 3000mm and 180Kg, the PURe® Commercial Door is our largest, heaviest and most robust door system. With our innovative patented PUR thermal break, it has impressive thermal efficiency together and offers a range of flexible design options. Available in standard, electronic locking and panic exit versions, this heavyweight commercial door is ideal for both medium and high traffic areas in the education, healthcare, retail, business and residential sectors.

Performance
- Designed with an innovative, enhanced thermal barrier manufactured from expanded polyurethane (PUR), allowing ultra-low U values to be achieved.
- Able to receive double or triple glazing from 28mm up to 60mm.
- Fully security tested to PAS24 Enhanced Security and Secured by Design.
- Tested to BS6375 Part 1 Weather; BS6375 Part 2 Operation & Strength.
Materials and Finishes
- All materials are responsibly sourced from reputable suppliers.
- Wherever possible we source locally.
- Extruded aluminium is generally Aluminium Alloy 6060.T6/T66. 6063.T6/T66. 6082.T6 to BS EN 755-9 and EN 12020-2.
- The Gasketry is generally manufactured in accordance with BS ISO 3302-1.
- The fixings are generally A2 stainless steel screws.
- Available in an almost unlimited range of colours and a variety of finishes.
Easy to Fabricate and Install
- Constructed using mitred and crimped corners with support chevrons and cleats.
- A proprietary sealant is used on all metal joints.
