Introducing
SPG

SPG is an aluminium patent glazing system, available single and double glazed. It takes the form of an inverted “T” section with the structural stalk on the outside of the building. The solid profiles are glazed by either using beading or a clamp plate construction. The system is ideal for use in external applications such as walkways and canopies where no thermal performance is required.

Able to receive single glazing from 6mm up to 6.4mm.
Able to receive double glazing of 24mm.

Materials and Finishes

All materials are responsibly sourced from reputable suppliers.
Wherever possible we source locally.
Extruded aluminium is generally Aluminium Alloy 6060.T6/T66. 6063.T6/T66. 6082.T6 to BS EN 755-9 and EN 12020-2.
The Gasketry is generally manufactured in accordance with BS ISO 3302-1.
Available in an almost unlimited range of colours and a variety of finishes.

Easy to Fabricate and Install

Assembly involves the initial installation of the main roofing bars onto a structural supporting frame, followed by the added use of horizontal purlin bars or joint came sections.
A proprietary sealant is used on all metal joints.

Capable of accepting glazing up to 24mm thick.
Operate on a beaded, tee format base and use clamped purlin bars.
