Performance
- Tested to CWCT Sequence B, BS EN 13050.
- Can be positioned horizontally or at any angle up to 45 degrees in either direction.
Materials and Finishes
- All materials are responsibly sourced from reputable suppliers.
- Wherever possible we source locally.
- Extruded aluminium is generally Aluminium Alloy 6060.T6/T66. 6063.T6/T66. 6082.T6 to BS EN 755-9 and EN 12020-2.
- The fixings are generally A2 stainless steel screws.
- Available in an almost unlimited range of colours and a variety of finishes.
Easy to Fabricate and Install
- Constructed using louvre blades screwed to a receiver section, which is screw fixed to the relevant window outer frame/mullion.
- A proprietary sealant is used on all metal joints.
Clever Design and Stylish Aesthetics
- Available either in anodised silver or bronze, or in any standard RAL colour, the Louvre Guard System adds an extra design element to give any building a distinctive look.
- The Louvre Guard system had been fully barrier load and impact load tested, and is available with a maximum blade span of 1000mm.
- Designed to either be fixed through the face of the window or through a bespoke coupling mullion therefore maintaining the thermal barrier.
