SPW500/501 Doors

SPW500/501 doors are ideal for providing a high-performance commercial door and framing solution. Both are capable of being manufactured in single and double doors. SPW500 utilises low thresholds while SPW501 features a wide clip and a plate flush glazed mullion section with a narrower 58mm clip and flush mullion providing additional design options. Both doors are available in a range of configurations.

Materials and Finishes

All materials are responsibly sourced from reputable suppliers.
Wherever possible we source locally.
Extruded aluminium is generally Aluminium Alloy 6060.T6/T66. 6063.T6/T66. 6082.T6 to BS EN 755-9 and EN 12020-2.
The Gasketry is generally manufactured in accordance with BS ISO 3302-1.
The fixings are generally A2 stainless steel screws.
Available in an almost unlimited range of colours and a variety of finishes.

Easy to Fabricate and Install

Constructed using square cut component, mechanically jointed using self-tapping screws into special cleats and torsion bars which are used for compressive strength.
A proprietary sealant is used on all metal joints.

Capable of accepting glazing up to 28mm thick.
Utilises low thresholds and available with a range of options including anti-finger trap stiles.
