SD/SFG Doors & Ground Floor Systems

The SD/SFG system has been designed to provide a high-performance commercial door and framing solution. Flexible and suited to a wide range of commercial projects, it can be manufactured in single, double, and emergency door types. It also utilises low thresholds and a variety of options such as radius anti-finger trap stiles for improved accessibility and safety.

Performance

  • Able to receive double glazing from 6mm up to 24mm.
  • Fully security tested to PAS24 Enhanced Security and Secured by Design.
  • Tested to BS6375 Part 1 Weather; BS6375 Part 2 Operation & Strength.

Materials and Finishes

  • All materials are responsibly sourced from reputable suppliers.
  • Wherever possible we source locally.
  • Extruded aluminium is generally Aluminium Alloy 6060.T6/T66. 6063.T6/T66. 6082.T6 to BS EN 755-9 and EN 12020-2.
  • The Gasketry is generally manufactured in accordance with BS ISO 3302-1.
  • The fixings are generally A2 stainless steel screws.
  • Available in an almost unlimited range of colours and a variety of finishes.

Easy to Fabricate and Install

  • Constructed using square cut component, mechanically jointed using self-tapping screws into special cleats and torsion bars which are used for compressive strength.
  • A proprietary sealant is used on all metal joints.

Clever Design and Stylish Aesthetics

  • Available in an almost unlimited range of colours and finishes both inside and out.
  • Capable of accepting glazing up to 24mm thick.
  • A range of options available including emergency door types, low thresholds and radius anti-finger trap stiles.
